The room is very comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly. They accepted to check in early. The location in the central near the beach as well. The breakfast was not very good

Warning of the money scam from LR staffs when check-out and surcharges. My kid is 5 and the surcharge is 200k. When we check out, front desks informed that a snack was opened and it costs 105k. It was not there when we checked in and it's a spicy snack so my whole family doesn't take spicy foods. The LR staffs would target family with young children with the reason that the kids opened it so we must pay for it. However, they were wrong that my kid doesn't know how to open the plastic cover and I or my wife must help him, and obviously we didn't open the snack LR staffs insisted on. Some can say that LR front desks made a mistake, but instead of checking internally, they insisted on us.

Room is clean, nice and comfortable for a. Ice sleep but service ay front desk need to be more trained on how to offer prompt assistance. There are more than 4 staffs standing at the reception counter but only one receptionist did check in for guest. Others just stood and talked to each other without offering further assistance as expected. Security and waiter: waitress (19 th floor) (breakfast time) is nice and friendly but the breakfast is not nice. Too much cakes, need to provide more different dishes, Bun Moc is super salty, local bread corner-no butter, looks not nice. Breakfast need be improved for sure. One more thing, the hallways is very hot.

Never come back. Seemingly, they don't feel happy when booking via app.
