Just OK. I book the room for my frien but when I go there I can tell why this hotel is cheap.

I ordered a deluxe room, they gave me the twin ones. What am I supposed to do with the other bed? Their excuse was "That's the only room left!", then why is it still available on the platform? So disappointed.

Location is good, price is reasonable. But wifi needs to be upgraded. The only thing I don't understand is why each time my Grab taxis arrive or I'm back with Grab service, I must pay the hotel parking fees just for the minute. It doesn't make sense to me.

I just checked in and went into my room where I found a lot of faults. The sheets are dirty, it has many small hairs and stains. After I saw that, I immediately checked out and went to other hotel. The staff did offered me to change the room, but I believe it would be the same condition

location is very strategic, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. perceived quality suit the price. but the only (-) is i asked for early checked in at 11, and the charge is quite large which is half of the room price. idk maybe every hotel’s policy is diff, oh and i really love the toilet. the toilet’s lightning, and everything is so cozy

My door doesn't have door guard, too tired to dealing it with the receptionist since their phone is dead. I will not come back.
