Spent NYE here and it was amazing! So many things to do, even got a free praline before check out. Although fridge wasn't working and the wall was so thin we could hear literally everything from the room next door. But the rest was fine!

I had booked a room, but the staff informed me that it wasn't ready yet and that I would need to wait for an hour without any prior notice. This led to a tense situation where my parents nearly argued with the staff due to the lack of clear communication. Aside from this issue, everything else was perfect!

The hotel is international, international, and international.

Staying at The Orient was like entering the magical world that evoking a sense of childhood dreams, with its whimsical lobby, the detailing of walls made from millions of abacus made me stood quite long just 'wow-ing", the detailing of phoenix body made from seashells is stunning, if I have to write the detailing of this hotel it is going to take a while, long list to write on hahaha. One thing that I would like to mention is the bed. Too soft for me who had backpain, so I can't quite having a good sleep. Who need sleep in Disneyland, anyway? Thank you Orient, for the experience.

Management tidak profesional dalam pengembalian deposit. Alasannya bekerja mulai dari jam 9 pagi. Padahal kita bisa aja check out jam 5 tapi tidak ada komunikasi tentang pengembalian deposit.
