Villa in Alam Sutera

I spent 4 days here with all of my team for the event, the most annoying part of this hote is just the staff coordination, I often repeating my request to a different receptionist just because the didn't get any info from the previous person.

I booked pool view, but they don't give one.

It was a good stay, strategic place.

Stay here with my family, wonderful experience with the "uniqueness" of the hotel and the staff are super friendly. Nice playground space, tasty and unique option for breakfast. (must try having breakfast here) I got a complimentary room upgrade that complete the experience. Note: it will be great if you could improve the room soundproofing.

Its smelly from the first time step in the room, old and not comfortable, I don't know if all the room are like tat but the one I stay is not recommendable.

Everything is ok except the AC is dead and not cold and the AC water is leaking.

Had a pleasant stay, good location

The place is clean and recommended.
