Nice Hotel, very near with the Airport Terminal 1,2,3. You can get free shuttle bus from Terminal no. 25 to Hotel and from Hotel to Terminal 1,2,3. I will stay in this hotel if I go vacation again in Tokyo.

Good location from airport. Shuttle shuttle bus to the airport. And from aeon mall.

It was very nice to there, I think next time I go to Japan I will stay again there.

I only stayed for one night to catch an early flight the next day, so I can't say much. They have frequent bus shuttles from the airport to hotel and vice versa. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big enough to fit the four of us. I liked the Japanese style room. You can see that it 's a bit dated, but other than that, it 's clean and everything functions well.

Shuttle bus from Narita airport-hotel, vice cersa start at 06.00 am and the last bus is 09.30 PM. Great room, great receptionist, and there is vending machine 7th-12th floor.

It 's a great stay and the hotel is considered still new. Hotel is clean and there is 24 hours Lawson in the lobby. Breakfast is great. And most important is the hotel provide FREE shuttle from and to the Narita airport. It 's just about 5 minutes from hotel to Narita terminal 2 and about 10 min to Narita term 1. If you are from Narita airport want to go to the hotel: Terminal 1-Exit to Hotel Shuttle Bus No. 16 and wait for the blue bus (there is written name toyoko inn in the bus, easy to recognize). There is a bus timetable on the wall that you may check (the bottom line). Terminal 2- If I recall correctly it 's shuttle point No. 31 (please recheck) Thanks Toyoko.
