Unclear PR can easily cause misunderstanding, so I had to give up the unlimited esim (can't be used in Vietnam) I bought by mistake before and bought a 2GB esim to use in Vietnam.

The introduction is lacking, unclear, causing confusion for buyers. E-sim Asia introduces the service including Vietnam, but when choosing e-sim with unlimited data, it does not include Vietnam (see more to see) while the introduction outside includes Vietnam. My family returned to Vietnam and could not activate the esim, contacted but have not received any response or feedback.

Didn’t work at all, got activated but no internet nothing. Just terrible and waste of money. I won’t recommend it to others. Please don’t buy.

Stable network signal. Simple and fast to use. I scanned the QR code 3 hours before boarding the plane. When I arrived in Malaysia, I just turned on data roaming and was able to use it immediately. I was able to contact my relatives less than 10 seconds after landing. Great experience. Everyone should use it if they go abroad.

It is recommended that users check if the phone has an E sim slot before selling.

Refund request: paid early but could not use the service because the supplier was out of stock. The supplier did not support in time to have the product for the customer to use. Very bad.

I bought 2 eSIMs, however it is not compatible with my phone, so I have to throw away one eSIM. My phone is ASUS Rog 5. The connection is acceptable if you travel abroad.
