A bit disappointed because 1 ticket was forfeited because it was not the child's age, but the running age. If that's the case, there should be an explanation and details of what is calculated as running age.

It's better to eat until you're full before going in, because the price of food and drinks in the food court is quite expensive. Yesterday I bought tickets on this application for 4 people, I bought adult tickets. When I wanted to exchange the tickets. The staff said that adult tickets are only for companions and are not allowed to play. I was confused because this application does not explain it like that, aka there is no mention that adult tickets are not allowed to play. Then I asked for a refund but it was not possible. Finally I bought another ticket. I still submitted a refund for the first ticket I bought. However, Kidzania submitted it to Traveloka. When I tried to chat with CS on Traveloka, they said that refunds were not possible. And there was indeed one staff who said that this kind of thing often happens. I hope that in the future a clear explanation will be given.
