Sofyan is such a warm personality and highly motivated tour guide (recommendable!). One I truly enjoyed was us hiking through Ijen volcano’s with his leading with full of informative & educational, The scenery was breathtaking and it was a stunning lifetime experience.

Driver rode like a maniac, after that we sat down for 1 hour drinking coffee. Guides were totally unskilled. Did hardly speak English, gave no information at all. Lost 2 members after 5 minutes and left 2 girls on top of the volcano. Blue flames have disappeared due to landslide, tourists can't go to lake anymore and the sun is behind a mountain at sunrise. Overall, very little is left from the promised itinerary and I cannot recommend to anyone.

Booked this on Traveloka for the next day and then messaged the tour operator via whatsapp. they organized the pick up and everything. Tour was great, even though we didn't see blue fire. Only thing not included was the health check for 35.000 but they take you to the klinik and you pay there.
