• Weapons and animals are prohibited during the trip.
• Available routes for each trip will be maximized as planned unless there are significant obstacles.
• If the fleet used is experiencing problems, passengers are transferred using another fleet by prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Passenger departure is only based on the agreed point, so no sudden changes to the pick-up point are allowed.

Qyta Trans serves refunds and reschedules to the next hour, with conditions:

• The deadline for requesting a cancellation or reschedule is a maximum of 3 hours before pick-up.

Refund or reschedule in less than 3 hours will be charged cash according to the applicable ticket.
