The driver only pays on-site airport parking fees for the first 1 (one) hour. Excess parking fees, including off-site airport parking fees, will be charged to the passenger and paid in cash to the driver.
In case of flight delays, passengers must inform the driver or supplier. The driver will wait up to 90 (ninety) minutes from the initial flight arrival time. Should the delayed time exceeds the waiting period, the passengers will be charged IDR 25,000 waiting fee.
If the passengers change the pick-up zone when the driver is already on the way or change the drop-off zone when the trip has started, the additional fee will be charged to the passengers.
Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.

Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items in the Diva Trans vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Diva Trans vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Diva Trans service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 3 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
