After being postponed in 2020, the long-awaited Fan Meeting event with Ji Chang-Wook is finally ready to be held on 3 December 2022. The event is now titled "Ji Chang-Wook Fan Meeting 'Reach You' in Jakarta" and will take place at The Kasablanka Hall, Jakarta. Got any questions about Ji Chang-Wook's "Reach You" event? Don't worry! Q: Where can I book Ji Chang Wook Fan Meeting tickets?

Q: Can I buy tickets for other people?

A: Yes, you can! To book a ticket for another person, you must register the name and identity of the person in Visitor Details during booking. Please note that only registered names can enter the venue.

Q: I bought a ticket for someone else but I mistakenly input my own NIK instead of the attendee's. Can I correct the NIK?

A: The name and NIK you inputted during purchase have to match the name and NIK during ticket redemption. You cannot change the NIK once the ticket has been issued. However, you can use a letter of attorney (surat kuasa) with a valid stamp duty, signed by the person whose NIK is on the voucher. Bring the letter of attorney in order to enter the venue.

Q: Can I buy multiple tickets?

A: You can book up to 4 (four) tickets in a single transaction.

If you book for multiple people, the visitor registered during purchase must be present at the venue. To book a ticket for another person, you must register the name and identity of the person. Please note that only registered names can enter the venue.

After the tickets are issued, you will receive several codes according to the number of booked tickets. Each code can be seen in My Booking on the Traveloka App or Xperience Ticket (not a receipt) sent to the email listed in Contact Details.

Please note that the tickets are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?

A: Yes, you can buy up to 4 (four) tickets.

Q: Is there any age restriction to enter the venue?

A: Visitors aged 11 - 17 years old are allowed to enter the venue and must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors aged above 17 years old can enter the venue without an adult guardian.

Q: Can I select my seat or change my seat number?

A: No, all seats will be assigned automatically and cannot be changed.

Q: Is double booking for the same seat number possible?

A: Don't worry, the seat numbers will be selected automatically based on the latest availability.

Q: Can I request a refund for my ticket?

A: In accordance with the promoter's regulations, tickets that have been booked are non-refundable.

However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else without changing the name on the ticket. You only need to provide the following documents:

1. Ticket
2. Letter of attorney (Surat Kuasa) with valid stamp duty, signed by you
3. Copy of your valid ID (ID card, driver's license, passport, or Indonesian Temporary Expatriate Work Permit/KITAS)

To enter the venue, the new ticket holder must bring and present the documents above to the staff at the venue.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

A: Yes. You can transfer your ticket to someone else using a letter of attorney with valid stamp duty and a photocopy of your valid ID (KTP, SIM, Passport, or KITAS).

Q: There is a spelling error in my name. Can I correct my name?

A: You cannot make any changes to the name on the ticket. If there are minor spelling errors on your ticket, you can still enter the venue by showing your ID during the ticket redemption.

Q: I've already had the ticket since 2020 and the ticket still has the old date. Can I use this old ticket or will a new ticket be sent to me?

A: If you have your old ticket and have not been refunded, you will receive an updated ticket from Traveloka shortly.

To see your updated ticket, please open Traveloka App, go to the My Booking menu, and select your ticket. You can also check the email you used when booking the ticket.

Q: I did not receive my updated ticket in my email inbox. What should I do?

A: Here are the steps to find your updated ticket in your email:

1. Open the email you used during the booking.
2. Search for the email address booking@traveloka.com sent by Traveloka Xperience.
3. Check the Promotions, Social, or Spam folder if you cannot find the email.

You can also check your updated ticket via Traveloka App. Go to the My Booking menu, then select your ticket.

Q: I've already had the ticket since 2020. Do I have to pay an extra fee since the ticket price has changed?

A: No, you will get the new ticket without any extra payment.

Q: The email/account I used when making the purchase in 2020 is no longer active, how will I get the new ticket?

A: To prevent tickets from being sent to the wrong person, you will need to send us an attachment of your ID card (KTP). Our team will verify your ID card with your name. If the data matches, then we will resend the ticket to your new account/email.

Q: I lost my ticket, but I still have the same email account I used when making the purchase. Will I still get the new ticket?

A: Don't worry, we will send the new ticket to all ticket holders by email, starting on 10 November 2022 evening.

Q: How do I check the validity of my ticket?

A: You can check your ticket validity in the Traveloka App using the account you used to buy the ticket.

Here are the steps:
1. Open your Traveloka App
2. Tap the My Booking menu
3. Select your ticket

We cannot verify the validity of any ticket purchased from any unofficial third party.

Q: Is the old ticket still valid if the validity period has passed?

A: If your old ticket has expired, there is no need to worry, as you will receive an updated ticket with a new validity period from Traveloka shortly.

Please find the updated ticket on the My Booking menu in your Traveloka App, or through the email you used when booking the ticket.

Q: My voucher doesn't have the Traveloka Xperience Voucher page. Is my voucher still valid?

A: Don't worry! Your ticket is still valid without the Xperience Voucher page.

Q: When can I redeem my ticket at the venue?

A: Ticket redemption can be done from 2 December 2022 (except for the MCP Package) until 3 December 2022 (for all ticket categories) starting at 11:00 - 20:00 WIB at The Kasablanka Hall, Kota Kasablanka, 3rd floor.

Q: How do I redeem my ticket at the venue?

A: It's easy! Download your ticket through the My Booking menu on your Traveloka App or check your email, then show the QR code to the staff at the venue.

Q: Can I redeem my ticket at the venue if my KTP number has been changed?

A: You can still redeem your ticket as long as the name stated on the ticket is the same as the one written on your ID card (KTP).

Q: What types of IDs can I use to enter the venue?

A: You can use your KTP, SIM, Passport, or KITAS.

Q: Can I have my ticket redeemed by someone else?

A: Yes, ticket can be redeemed by a third party. If you choose to have your ticket redeemed by someone else, please bring the following documents during the redemption:
1. Printed e-voucher or proof of purchase
2. Letter of attorney (must be signed and stamped)
3. A copy of the ticket owner's ID card and a copy of the ID of the person who redeems the ticket

A: All visitors must have been vaccinated against COVID-19. Visitors aged 18 years old and above must have received the third dose (booster).

Q: Can I directly enter the venue with my E-Voucher?
