A: Yes, you can! To book a ticket for another person, you must register the name and identity of the person in Visitor Details during booking. Please note that only registered names can enter the venue.
A: The name and NIK you inputted during purchase have to match the name and NIK during ticket redemption. You cannot change the NIK once the ticket has been issued. However, you can use a letter of attorney (surat kuasa) with a valid stamp duty, signed by the person whose NIK is on the voucher. Bring the letter of attorney in order to enter the venue.
A: You can book up to 4 (four) tickets in a single transaction.

A: In accordance with the promoter's regulations, tickets that have been booked are non-refundable.
However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else without changing the name on the ticket. You only need to provide the following documents:
1. Ticket
2. Letter of attorney (Surat Kuasa) with valid stamp duty, signed by you
3. Copy of your valid ID (ID card, driver's license, passport, or Indonesian Temporary Expatriate Work Permit/KITAS)
To enter the venue, the new ticket holder must bring and present the documents above to the staff at the venue.
A: Yes. You can transfer your ticket to someone else using a letter of attorney with valid stamp duty and a photocopy of your valid ID (KTP, SIM, Passport, or KITAS).
A: You cannot make any changes to the name on the ticket. If there are minor spelling errors on your ticket, you can still enter the venue by showing your ID during the ticket redemption.
