How to pay with Mandiri Virtual Account?

To avoid payment failure, make sure that you use your Mandiri account. Your payment will not be proceed if you transfer from other bank account.

After selecting Mandiri Virtual Account as your payment method, you can follow these steps to complete your payment with Virtual Account:

Via Livin' by Mandiri (Yellow)

1. Open your Livin' by Mandiri application, then login with your account.
2. Choose IDR Transfer > Transfer to New Recipient.
3. Enter your virtual account number, then tap OK.
4. On the payment details summary, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your total bill.
5. Enter your PIN.
6. Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.

Via Mandiri ATM

1. Enter your Mandiri card, then enter your PIN.
2. Select Payment > Multi Payment.
3. Enter Traveloka company code.
4. Enter your virtual account number then tap OK.
5. On the payment details summary, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your total bill.
6. Complete the payment according to the instructions given.
7. Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.
