Had a wonderful two night stay here. All were functioning properly. I love the swimming pool and the freezer facility as well. I could put my pempek & bakso sony there. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. They sprayed coffee scented air freshener once I told them the room smelled like cigarettes. The wifi was working great! The TV as well! I love how it situated close to the minimarkets and restaurants. The room was ideal for 1-2 persons. The bathroom and bedroom is relaxing. The room was designed to be in dim light, the only bright lamp was the desk one. Might need some time to adjust. Oh, the city view was also a dream! I've been missing of seeing this scenery. Definitely a great experience of staycation. Bravo, Whiz Prime Lampung! You're doing a great job.

Grand Anugerah Hotel
The staff has a quick response, very helpful. The important thing is strategic location of this hotel. Near city center, restaurants, and coffee shop for hang out that can reach only by foot and when I stay in this hotel, I got the room with beautiful city view.

Our stay in hotel should be really pleasant, the room was nice and clean, the food was tasty and good. Unfortunately it was ruined by the desk service. The process of check-in and check-out took so long, not a good reflection of hotel that claimed as 4-stars hotel. I did wait almost 30 minutes during check in, just behind one person. The desk man took so long in handling the process. And when we checked out, it was a total mess. Many people were gathering in the lobby waiting to be called during check-out because they did the room-checking before they letting people away, but it took so so long. Waiting for an hour (and more) just for checking out and almost missed my flight.
