Great position rooms are in need of renovation only one spoon no knives or forks or plates. room’s fridge seal needs to be replaced

‘Comfort’ rooms rundown and old. Shower pressure good. Very quiet considering main road location Service very average - staff were like zombies

no breakfast when they advertise they do, dirty surrounds, very little housekeeping

The bed was comfortable, it was handy to town. I came home after being out all day and the door was unlocked & open. Same thing happened to my friend. 2nd and 3rd day, no fresh towels, no vacuum or any service. Front desk said breakfast was available. Front desk agent told me no breakfast. Started off well with a good size room, comfortable bed. Downhill from there.

Nice clean place to stay near shops and main part of Town.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. A great location within walking distance of city centre. Quiet although close to the road. Staff were obliging and room was serviced which is becoming rare these days. Bed was terrific. A hot tap over the sink would be great.

An okay spot for one night. Room was small and a bit tired. Check in was terrible as we were advised to call ahead due to it being a public holiday. However the call went to voicemail and no one called back. When we arrived the front office was in darkness and we didn’t know how to get our room key. It turned out that a staff member was in the office but with no lights on! He didn’t seem to know about the advice we had been given about calling ahead to arrange check in, but did say that the phone was playing up. This was all quite stressful after a long day of driving and not a great first impression.

Just some maintenance issues need attending to. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. (room 16)

Stayed here twice in the last 3months. Convenient location as close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and you have the basic necessities you need :)

Was handy to what we wanted to do.

Great location. Sadly it was full of trade people staying overnight and lots of cars were starting up early and driving out. Also, next room had a heavy smoker who smoked outside his room but the smoke made its way into our room (under the door) and he was playing music on his phone - at 4AM. Next night was fine.

Lovely hotel booked for my mum and uncle to stay after a long trip. They both enjoyed their stay :)
