There is no soundproofing in the hotel - you can hear everything in the rooms above and next to you. The only positives are the politeness of staff and its convenient location, but considering the lack of soundproofing, I warn you to look at other places along Southbank before booking here. We will not return.
One helpful staff member moved us after we mentioned hearing our neighbours all night, only for the same thing to happen in the new room once people moved in next door. We could clearly hear whole conversations, and other noises, so it's safe to assume they could hear us too - not ideal for a hotel. Save your money for somewhere else.

Bed and view were fantastic! Kitchen and bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom sink did not drain. Did not receive my VIP complimentary bottle of wine. Overall the location was great and I slept well. Just a few details were overlooked.

Staff were helpful friendly polite but needed to ask reception to clean room when should really have been done on regular basis. Queried temperature of room and shower water not as warm as hoped so but even though promised would be checked i dod not get any feedback.

We have specifically requested our three rooms to be on the same floor 30 days prior to arrival. I also personally stopped by the hotel twice 2 and 1 weeks prior to arrival and made a request to have the rooms to be on the same floor and all three times I was told no problem since I have made the reservation early enough and they have made the note to have the rooms together. It was not the case when I arrived with family and we were in separate floors. I have requested the manager to give me a call, there was no call nor any response. It’s terrible service and customer experience.

I had a fantastic stay. The room design was well thought out and practical. Beds were coach and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do.
Would happily stay here again!
