The motel was clean the bed ok. The is a old tradies pub was a bit rough but ok . Just some strange characters hanging around the outside on the pub

This is the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. The room is too old they didn’t even clean the bed or the dustbins. The mattress was smelling strange and they have some weird dots on it. I booked the room for 1 night hoping i will have good rest but i have to leave the property within 1 hour. They don’t have private washrooms, it’s kind of a shared space even that was not cleaned as well. The worst part about this hotel is they have electric kettle for boiling water for coffee or tea. So, i thought let’s drink the coffee but i find out the cattle was not cleaned at all from inside and the milk which i got for the coffee is also used by someone else who stayed before me. Overall, if you want to get the bad experience then go to this hotel motel otherwise it’s better to go to some other place. But the village is beautiful and safe.

No fly screens on the windows. Heavy quilt on the bed.

Please is cheap but realise it only for a overnight stay you couldnt stay there than 1 night no ac in rooms heater makes noises in middle night and beds feel 50 years old but for the price you pay its clean

For the money ,not complaining. Only problem in room 20 tv had no stations , so reprogramed menu and got back again ,note remote slightly bent so have to hold it straight to use ,as for food restaurant very good but if want pizza go to the hub up the road / magic .....

Like: large fluffy bath towels and adequate beds. Didn’t like: bathroom and shower door wouldn’t close. The main door lock was broken and no deadbolt for security. Broken fixtures and torn out unrepaired baseboards. Dead bugs

Blankets were dirty and stained, had a very stale smell. Workers only advised there was a band on that night of arrival

Good budget accommodation for our overnight stay. Bed felt new and good comfort there!

Basic room but clean. Book direct with hotel for a cheaper rate.

I'll start with the positive, the bedding was clean and table had been wiped. The negatives: Firstly, the room had a stale air smell when we walked in. It didn't have ventilation and the window had been left shut. Secondly, after using the sink in our room for the next few hours it would gargle very loudly and release a smell of damp drain, so we had to sleep with the window open just for air quality. Thirdly, the women's toilet did not lock despite being a shared block. Fourth, one of the men's shower was out of order and for the duration of our stay there was no soap in the men's bathroom. Fifth, there was no TV remote (and the TV was tiny but that doesn't really matter). Sixth, the bathrooms in general felt unclean and the rooms felt rundown. Not real critiques but things to note: If you stay on a Saturday there will be loud live music. TV was tiny. We stayed in shared bathrooms room. The other rooms could have been more recently renovated but due to previous reviews we chose the shared bathroom room.

Rooms need a total make over even for a pub

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities, including a mini-fridge and coffee maker, added to the convenience of my stay. The location is perfect—just a short drive to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, which provided a lovely way to unwind after a busy day. I highly recommend Lithgow Motel to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

Staff were not very hospitable. The TV remote battery was flat so we requested a new one, they gave us a 2nd flat battery. The wifi was free. But also an insecure connection without a password. It also would not connect to the TV so you could only watch local free to air stations with very bad reception. No microwave Only lock on the door was a simple pivacy lock with a key. Windows were locked shut, except the bathroom. Comfy beds and quality linen and towels.

it is old fashion hotel but room 19 has been painted - new light furnishing and most importantly newer modern small TV with no signal weaknesses like before / must be using new external antenna / used shared bathroom via shower with bathtub - excellent hot water - as said old but to stay over nite excellent for the money asked - did use there restaurant found meals not rubbish - really enjoyed it otherwise the hub pizza up the road great back up ( leaves pizza hut /domminos for dead ............

Liked the location except getting into and out of the parking lot. Very basic room but that suited me.

Lots of street noise

Little hotel room - does the job for one night . Saturday nights the noise - extreme noise , yelling , screaming , doors being slammed for about an hour from 0130 to 0230 about fifty severe slams in that time - IMPOSSIBLE to sleep through any of that .
