We had 7th floor and train noise wasn’t an issue, paid for inside parking which was a bit pricy at $15/day. Roof top was nice escape and view - no access to the bbq up there unfortunately for hotel guests. Room was great and roomy, kitchen was in need of some additional pots. Laundry was in room and soap provided, not sure they worked the best but happy to have them. Suite needed some minor sprucing up but we were very happy.

The property looked from the outside a bit dusty, but at the entrance, the costumer service was very friendly.
The room was clean, all the amenities were good.

Booked this place as it says sleeps 3, however upon check in we found only one bed in the room and no sofa bed or even any bedding for the sofa. When we asked reception about this they said even though it is advertised as sleeping 3 there is only one bed they also refused to provide a duvet, pillow or towel and after arguing they eventually gave us some sheets which i had to use to make a bed on the sofa. The apartment itself was nice but falsley advertised as a place for 3 when it is not.

Apartment was spacious and clean. But very limited toiletries. Apartment door doesn’t lock properly. Entrance/exit to the carpark is very congested. Carpark in super dusty.

Unfortunately, for a pretty new building this property was very disappointing. It lacked amenities such as internet wifi. Was very dirty with food and stains on furniture, walls and floors. Although there was parking under the building for an added cost, the property lacks a drop off zone for when checking in. There is a lot of const happening in the area and it is right near the train line, this was not a terrible issue for noise for us but something others might want to consider before booking.

Going to take 14 working days to receive bond back ( most place it’s returns the day you book out
Ridiculous surcharge for credit card
Filthy out the front of reception with empty coffee cups , takeaway containers , needs a good scrub

The apartment was full of dust everywhere. Floor, carpet, kitchen top, beds were full of dust. There is construction going on outside but still it does not justify the presence of dust everywhere. Horribly experience.

A very late check in (1:30am) due to late international flight was accommodated with code to outdoor key safe. Really spacious two bedroom apartment, with view of Flemington racecourse and lovey leafy suburbia. Would be a great hotel for conferences.

Because the room was booked on wrong day. So I missed out on a night and then they gave it to someone else so that to me is double dipping. The next night because I ran late for bookin they gave it to someone else and it toke way over two hours to get a room that I had already paid for two nights . When I got the room no tea coffee sugar ,towels or soap or body wash,no milk. I should be credited two nights for the poor effort they gave me. Waste of time and money . Don’t go there

Very comfortable but internet dosnt work and not enough cutlery and plates. 2 of everything but you dont want to use dishwasher for only 2 settings.
