Overnight stay. Very tiny room. We had to share with next room for kitchen. Price is steep and they treat me like it’s hostel where we need to share kitchen. Very slow check in process. Bathroom is glass door and can see everything through. May be tricky if you share room with friends instead of your partner.

Lovely place, will stay again!

Great for price point. Comfortable bed and pillows. TV has Netflix and Disney (not logged in). Would have been good to have some more communal utensils/cutlery. Very smart design throughout.

I've never been able to fault this place. The staff are simply amazing and the room has everything I could want. I stay here often and just know if won't be long until I'm back again

excellent location, shared kitchen facilities and kind staff. Room was barely equipped, uncomfortable to maneuver as pushed against a wall, and no cleaning or towels service.

The staff here are incredible and the rooms short comfy. Easy walking distance to shops and transport.

Nice design and layout. Rooms are small but cosy, modern, and well furnished. The shared spaces are cool and give a bit of a hostel vibe. Location is great, and close to many dining options. The parking can be a bit tricky to find at first, as it's not on the same street as the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was so Great and exceeded my expectation. Two rooms with kitchen was so great for our family eco friendly place with lots of amenities like kitchen, laundery rooms and nice terrasse. Great neighbourhood with plenty of dinning options with tram at 3 minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel!

Shocking Experience – Misleading Policies I’ve stayed at this hotel three times previously with my dog, relying on their advertised pet-friendly amenities. However, during my recent stay, I was shocked to discover that their pet policy had changed in April—something that was never communicated to me during booking or check-in. When my partner arrived late Friday with our dog, she was refused check-in. Despite my requests for an exception or a reasonable solution, staff repeatedly refused and offered no viable options. I even offered to pay a cleaning fee, but the only suggestion was a far more expensive alternative at another property. This left me with no choice but to give the room to my partner while I had to make a makeshift bed and sleep in my office with my dog. The lack of transparency, refusal to accommodate, and overall treatment were unacceptable. If your policy has changed, it must be communicated clearly on your website and booking platforms. I won’t be returning after this experience and would caution others to confirm policies before booking.

Super friendly staff and great loft style accomodarion

A gem of a place. really enjoyed the set up with the shared spaces and the private rooms. The rooms are bright, friendly, and clean. The hotel is cheerful and fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent during our 1 week stay. Adding a few hangers to the supply drawer would be great. Otherwise, it's not lacking in anything. The location is great, with everything in walking distance.

Excellent hotel in a super cool neighbourhood. I loved my stay here. The room is compact but it has everything you need and the bed is super comfy and luxurious. It’s also great they let you book in advance and pay at the property with no penalties for cancelling up to a day before - love this flexibility!

Unfortunately, the bathroom and bed configuration was not to our liking. Otherwise all other aspects of the hotel were at a high standard

Situated in an area where there were bars everywhere, and great restaurants and Cafes. Sadly there was a really bad smell in my room

Modern and full service property with nearby shops and restaurants. Modest sound isolation between rooms but good quality bed and shower and gregarious friendly staff

As a client with a disability it was good to be assigned a room with appropriate facilities. However, I found the room door very heavy to open and the doors to the shared kitchen almost impossible. Opening one door against the closer was actually above my weight limit and my walker didn’t fit through the opening. Opening both doors (they were very narrow so no distance to hinges was out of my league.

The location is great but it really is an upmarket hostel. The rooms are very small, the bed is badly positioned for two people to get out of comfortably and the bathroom is tiny - and water pretty much goes everywhere, without a shower screen. Nice decor and friendly staff but nothing in the room - fridge, iron, toaster all in "shared areas".
