Mantra 100 Exhibition Melbourne

The hotel's location is very convenient for the CBD and sporting precinct. We could walk back to the hotel after watching a game at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was good value for the price that we paid. The windows faced north, and it was a hot day, so the single reverse-cycle airconditioner in the living/dining area struggled to cool the place down - especially the bedrooms. The bedding wasn't very comfortable - scratchy sheets, bouncy mattress, and very high/hard pillows, which, with the warm temperature, didn't help us get a good night's sleep, but the room was reasonably quiet, with not a lot of street noise seeping in. The shower screen was comically narrow, so the bathroom floor got covered in water. Plenty of good quality towels were provided, which helped out there. The toiletries provided were also of a very good quality. The snacks and water on the table provided a lovely welcome, as did the complimentary wi-fi.

Terrible communication and cancelled on me last minute. Left stranded in Melbourne late at night.

Staff is friendly and room was what I expected. Too bad there was no good view from the hotel otherwise, all is good especially the location.

Reasonably priced and great location but tired and not the cleanest.

Close to Yarra River. Quietly tucked in southeastern side of Melbourne CBD, echoing Long Room, RMIT Business, Savage Garden with 2025 vibe.

Great value for money

We loved how close we were to the theatre and tram stops. The lobby is very inviting and the staff are helpfully. We will be staying there next time we are in Melbourne.

Exceptional value for money. My family of five (3 kids) had a two bedroom apartment for the night. I’d happily stay here again.

Good location, big spacious apartment. No cable tv as advertised, phone didn’t work, booked for 3 ppl but only had 1 coffee pod, dirty kitchen and very dusty throughout.

Room was very clean and had all the basic necessities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 10th floor, lift goes to the 9th. Found this out when we checked in. Great place to stay but if you have step issues make sure to discuss with the wonderful staff - I am sure they will ensure the room is right for you.
