It's a good location. Stayed there before, always clean, basic, does the job. Attached to tradies club so restaurant option is there but carpark gets busy Friday and Saturday nights because of the club.

The beds certainly need updating. We have two queen beds, and both were saggy in the center to the point all three of us had limited sleep for three days. The water was either hot or cold and never stayed a consistent temp, which made this hard not to be burnt. The air con was as low as it would go and it was only just blowing cool air, it should have been freezing in there. The meals that we had down in the club were very ordinary for the price. We paid a lot of money to stay here and unfortunately, I don't think we will stay again unless it has a revamp. The hotel itself looks worn out and aged as are the rooms and beds. Very disappointing

Overall, this was fine. The room itself & the surrounds were very good & very close to Dixon shops etc. The only downsides were that on the 2nd night I was there, people in the room below talked loudly until 2.30am only to be followed by the fire alarm going off @ 4.30am. (There was no fire it appears).

the staff were very helpful, and the room was well equipped and immaculate. The location is great - the hotel is surrounded by eating options, shops and supermarkets all within 2 minutes walk.

I’m not sure why this is rated wonderful or excellent on hotels.com b/c the room was definitely not that. The lobby was great. All decorated for Christmas, clean and well kept. We stayed on the third floor of building A. We were told to park underground (free parking if you joined their membership for free) but was confusing as they only had one sign showing elevator. Well that elevator took us to the first and second floor which we got off at the first and had to ask where the elevator in the underground was to get to the third floor.
When we finally found our room, it smelled of perfume or highly scented cleaner. The carpet was old, the bed looked well worn in (it was ok to sleep on) and the room was overall just dark. For one night it was ok. Maybe this part is the original and maybe there’s a newer section that the high ratings are for. It just wasn’t for me.

This place is great , whether it is family or work trips the location , rooms and facilities are awesome. The staff are amazing every time and very helpful nothing is a bother!
