Quincy Hotel Melbourne

A little disappointed we couldn’t check in earlier as we had a wedding, I messaged and called hotel in advance no response otherwise good.

Spacious rooms

Great location, short walk to Crown area, comfortable rooms with a funky vibe, 2nd time here!!

Great location, clean rooms, on the small side for 2 adults and 2 large bags with no space to open your bag so had to use the floor. Had a corner room so loads of natural light. Staff friendly. Didn’t try the restaurant but menu looked great and was busy

Thrilled to relaise that we had stayed in a Quincy Hotel in Singapore before. Same great service and generally happy vibe all around the hotel. Super happy with location to trams and Southern Cross Station. Good cafes and dining in the area. We'll definitely stay at the Quincy again.

Clean and comfortable

Compact but really nice room. Excellent location.

I stay here regularly and am very happy with the property. Black out curtains, good shower pressure and comfy bed is exactly what you get at the Quincy

Excellent! Rooms are lovely, clean and styled really well. Location was perfect, we spent the day walking around the city and visiting the Aquarium. We then enjoyed a swim in the pool and a delicious dinner at Salted Egg.

The room was quite tiny but suitable for a solo traveller. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. The bathroom sink was covered in what seems to be men’s hair shaving which was pretty disgusting. Was late at night and could not be bothered raising with staff. Typical amenities like sanity kit were not immediately available in the room and needs to be ordered via the hotel site.

We appreciated the room upgrade and the stylish halls in and around the elevators.

Quiet clean room with great amenities

The keycard stopped functioning multiple times, be prepared to be locked out of your room/elevator and needing to visit the admin desk multiple times.

Good spot, funky design, quiet and convenient. Could have been alot cleaner

Great location, comfortable and amazing views

Third time we’ve stayed at Quincy’s and as usual the rooms were excellent. The welcome was friendly and we were met with a complimentary bottle of wine, due to our Hotels.com booking. There was an issue with the lifts on the Friday and Saturday of our stay, with one lift being out of action meaning waiting times to head up or down were longer than usual. What made these times worse was the constant use of the lifts by staff to travel one or two floors. Crazy that staff weren’t directed to walk between floors, which in turn lessens the waiting time for guests and enhances their experience. We also visited the rooftop bar on this stay, and, it obviously caters to a different demographic than my wife and I. We’ll give it a miss next time. And there will be a next time as aside from a few minor distractions on this trip, Quincy’s is a great place to stay. Comfortable with great access to most Melbourne attractions.

Overall great. The hallway carpets were always dirty from the visitor traffic and the houskeeping activities. It made the whole place feel dirty even when it wasn't. Coffee pods were not refreshed regularly. Included breakfast should really include a proper barista coffee.

No longer stocks anything in the room for drinks or snacks. A bit poor for this level of hotel
