Clean room and good bed

Everything was good. We didn't have any milk however I didn't contact reception after hours to ask for it either.

All good exCelt the office was not maned

Reception staff were exceptional, room was quiet, clean & comfortable

I was impressed with this motel. Clean, convenient, good location for traveling on the Newell hwy and motel gates locked at night for safety. Continental breakfast was perfect to start the next day of traveling. Try the services club for a quick evening meal!

Very helpful.

We booked the executive twin room. Basic room, not as modern as the pics made it look. Bathroom clean. Sheets and towels clean. There was a locked door adjoining the next room, you could hear a bit of muffled sound. We didn’t use the tea/coffee facilities so can’t comment. Staff were nice and check-in was easy.

I didn’t feel that safe there, they need to make improves on that. And there needs to be some better communication at reception when arriving around instructions regarding your stay. Was disappointed with no transparency especially that you are paying to be there and stay. Not cool.

Well it didn’t smell and bed was good. Needs a bit of updating, so many cobwebs and some water damage. Needs work. Was ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay again.

We love the service and the rooms were quite also a great spot to park the Truck. the only let down was the BBQ area.No existing and had to cook in rooms

The room was large and had everything I need (like a toaster). Not sure how the parking works - there was someone in the space which had the number of my room. The pool outside looked enticing, and the town's public pool and thermal waters are a block away. I like the gate is locked at night for safety, It was an easy drive to the Services club for a takeaway Chinese meal. When I was leaving I dropped my key at the front desk, and I could smell toast being made in the restaurant - I don't know if breakfast was included - I missed out

Enjoyed staying there

it was nice and quiet and easy to grab a bite to eat and then go back to have a rest.

Look I’m sure it could be good, but the initial impressions are not great. There is an unfinished excavation closet to the reception. The reception is a mess, there was a smell of urine (or something strong) and bags of dirty linen. The conversation with the people in front of me indicated that the area was not safe and the front gates are locked to stop the locals getting in. The woman at reception tried to indicate that everything would be ok. My room had a strong chemical smell, I assume it was some clean fluid in the bathroom. It was dusty and the plastic curtains and dirty windows did present a great first impression. They were obviously half thru renovating as they had filled the holes in the walls and doors but not painted, there were tiles missing off the bathroom walls. The kitchen appliances felt oily and greasy. The bed was awful, far too soft with far too hard pillows. I know it is low budget, but at least make an effort to get rid of the dead microwaves, fans, mattresses that are stored around the site. Anyway, I was out of there by 7:00 am. Not high on my list of favourite locations.

To be told don’t leave anything in your car when the parking is security gated is not ideal! Very noisy people in the room next to me as well. Not a great experience to be honest.

Great to have a secure gate after a certain time. No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Place needs a bit of a facelift, although comfortable enough.

I rang the reception desk the day before. I was informed it had 3 rooms. We booked for 3 adults. Upon arrival we had to ask for the shower to be cleaned. It was dirty. The fridge froze everything. The room looked like it was half renovated but unfortunately not by a qualified renovator. The taps in the shower wouldn’t turn off. The step into the bathroom was dangerous. The pillow slip on the left side of the bed was filthy. I will not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
