Staff pleasant and helpful...meals delcious.....HOWEVER none of the air conditioners are working in the rooms which means can be quite uncomfortable on summer nights. They also stated they are no longer involved with your reservation services.....am trying to fwd you another email re this as I paid twice for the accommodation on the night of the 12 Jan. 2025

Very noisy

Coupe of noisy nights but other than that was a pleasant stay

I found a cockrock in my room and too close to the main road. A bit noisy but acceptable. BUt i steped on a cockrock in the early morning by my bare feet. It was not a good experence at all.

The cheap motel rates. The clean rooms. Modern rooms facilities. Nice size flatscreen with cable tv. A microwave where some motels charge you extra for it. Awesome size shower head with instant hot water. Lovely nice clean carpet. Nice secure security gate. All n all a 11/10👍😊

Attached to a pub and they noise from the outside courtyard music was load till late at night and patrons leaving were also noisy.

Unfortunately we didn't get much sleep due to other guests partying after 2am on a week day, you expect that in the pub but not outside your room

Someone parked in our allocated parking spot so we had to park our car at a distance and the manager did nothing to rectify it . Also there were no toiletries or extra toilet paper for us

Only down full is needs some work as old steal building but good

The room was showing its age and required repainting. The housekeeping stafff need a boot up the ring. The fridge needed defrosting,some lights were not operational and there was no plug for the vanity. The box of tissues provided was all but empty, lucky we brought our own. The bar staff were very friendly and efficiant, tthe food was ecellant BUT the kitchen staff couldn't find their arse with two grabs.My wifes plate of vegetables took twenty minutes to arrive, but was excelnt when it did arrive. The venue is VERY noisy

Staff were very friendly at check in. My stay was comfortable. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Quiet enough considering it was on the Bruce Highway. Could do with a reverse cycle a/c. I felt a bit cold. Otherwise, I could stay here again and I recommend this hotel.
