Always good to stay for a night - love spa and breakfast at the Langham

Staff were superb and accommodating, the only fault here was at check in we were not given directions so my daughter and I were left to wander a bit, which we didn't mind! Breakfast was nice with a great selection, and our bed was uber comfy! (Pillow menu was never presented). Small things like the vanity mirror in the bathroom had dead batteries and the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if the price point was slightly lower or if they ran specials.

Totally as recommended by my daughter Perfect and I saw Melbourne in a refreshing new light

The location and decor was perfect. Everywhere is walkable. Very clean and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay there again

Nice sized spacious room. Comfortable bed and bed linen. Good number of power points for laptop chargers phone chargers etc. If I had to criticise it would be that the rooms are now looking a little dated and tired in places. Great location, lots of places to eat and very easy to walk from the hotel along the river and into the city.

Rob and I are tremendously thankful to the Langham Melbourne team for making us feel so special and welcome. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, the service we received was magnificent. Transfers were seamless, the room was stunning and very clean The hotel is just beautiful. You really have something special and the service is simply the best we have experienced, anywhere. Special mention to the wonderful team in the lounge Meg, Alvio, Kina, Ludo, Christian and Al. They are truly remarkable at their jobs and we are so thankful for the care they took of us and making Rob's 60th Birthday one to remember. Anything we needed was taken care of, including a phone charger as we had left ours at home. The team in the bar on the Monday night were fabulous. It was lovely to connect, have a laugh and we really enjoyed our time there. Cocktails were consistently delicious. The team at Melbas were outstanding and it was lovely to be welcomed so warmly each morning. I love chatting to the Chefs and the whole team have created an amazing product. Best breakfast we have ever experienced and great coffee! The lovely gentleman looking after the guests as they arrived and left always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello. When it rained they provided us with umbrellas. It's the little things that make the difference. Rob had a lovely massage at the Chuan Spa, special thank you to Angel. Amazing hotel with service to match.

Love the Langham, very convenient with great views of the city. Rooms are looking a bit tired and need a revamp though. The Melba restaurant is great. Our welcome was pretty under whelming though. Could not really hear or understand them, no upgrade was offered even though it was very quiet.

It was the perfect stay, staff were fantastic, room was clean and tidy, facilities were great and the location right on Southbank was fantastic and enjoyable....
