Really nice place! Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean and exactly as described, breakfast was good 👍 got a gift from the staff when we left too! Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Innsbruck

We arrived late so didn’t get to see the surrounding area much, but the room was clean and quiet and the hotel restaurant was open late and offered a delightful menu! Parking was close and easy. The breakfast buffet was smaller than expected, but I was comparing it to another hotel we stayed at and soon realized that was an isolated experience that we would not see again on our trip. Overall the check-in/out process was easy and smooth and it was close to the Swarovski museum which we stopped at on the way to our next destination. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place. Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice gym. Only complaint is there weren't any blinds in the bathroom window, at least the room I had.

HOT HOTTEST HOTEL IVE STAYED AT IN YEARS COULDNT SLEEP NO AIR CONDITIONING REPEAT NO AIR CONDITIONING. ENTIRE HOTEL IS A SWEAT BOX.

Traditional alpine hotel outside of Innsbruck. Very spacious, lovely and clean with big, comfortable room, a great gym and a fantastic restaurant on site. Great choice on the menu and top quality. Easy run into Innsbruck (20 minutes in the car).

Very good stay overall. Staff was friendly and helpful recommending things to do. They had a great fitness center and breakfast buffet was good. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner with reasonable prices. My only complaint would be the lack of a fan or the need to open the windows to keep room cool (and it's early March). Opening windows was fine, but let in a lot of road noise and they also opened up to what I think was a shared balcony, which takes away from the private feel. Otherwise though a nice stay. I would definitely stay here again as long as it was in the winter.

We had a great 3 night stay. The hotel was in a great and convenient location with beautiful views. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant had a great selection, the food was fantastic and the staff very pleasant and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel for visiting Innsbruck.

Beware!!! Pay attention to all pictures,they advertising new building but you may end up in old one. They should charge differently since their old units are moldy .Food was average,and our unit was next to road with lots of noise. Only positive thing was the amazing view of the mountains. Anyway I will not recommend to anyone to stay there.

Really enjoyed my 2 day stay great hotel with great entertainment from local Austrian culture bands great food and service as well very calm and relaxing with loads to do will definitely visit again till next time !

Wonderful hotel with everything you need during your stay. A good selection as breakfast and multiple dining options in the evening. The gym is very well equipped and the sauna/wellness centre is spacious and quiet. Staff were very kind and helpful and service in the restaurants was good. The views from the room were stunning. They have designed the newer part of the hotel so that all the rooms face the mountain side which is a smart touch. It is located just outside of Innsbruck. In the summer, at least, you are located close to lots of good walks and activities. The rooms in the newer part of the hotel are very modern and open plan. Might be a little challenging if you are staying in a twin room as there isn't much to shield the shower area from the rest of the room. Solo or couple will work better. There is plenty of parking under the hotel. The only very minor point was the lack of working English channels on TV but who needs TV when you're surrounded by better things to do.

This was one of my favorite places i stayed in while on my European trip.. The food was absolutely amazing.. May room was in the older section and was amazing with great views.. It was also a huge room with a great little porch and huge tub.. Staff was awesome and the Price was really great.. They will have my business anytime i come back..

Overall just excellent with really value for money. This is our hotel in the area in the future
