Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and every detail showed their dedication to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests. What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service. During our stay, our son fell ill with a high fever, and we were desperate to extend our checkout time so he could rest a little longer before our flight. Despite being fully booked due to the holiday season, the staff went above and beyond by extending our checkout time by two hours. This incredible act of kindness made such a difference for us during a stressful moment, and we are beyond grateful. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations, quickly answering our questions, or going the extra mile during an emergency, they made us feel cared for and valued as guests. Kudos to the amazing team at AM Hotel for their professionalism, warmth, and compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would absolutely choose to stay here again. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

Great location! Went to Vienna to explore the Christmas markets and this hotel was in a great location with easy access to get on any transport to take you anywhere in the city, and was in walking distance of a bunch of markets and the city center. The staff was also very helpful and would help us whenever needed including calling the taxi company, and taking pictures of us in their lobby which was decorated very nice for the holidays. One issue I had with the room was the bathroom door was difficult to close in our room but after holding it shut for a few seconds it would stay shut. We want to come back to Vienna to see more of what the city has to offer and will definitely consider this hotel again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is convenient to the city. It was clean and tidy and the room was spacious and warm. The amenities were exactly as we expected. The staff were all lovely and the reception staff in particular were friendly and very welcoming.
