First Class hotel without the price tag. Our stay was excellent in every way. We had a classic room and it was very large, modern amenities, all the extras…fridge, nice coffee machine, usb ports bathrobes and more.
Staff was super responsive.
The breakfast was absolutely top notch, beautiful restaurant with wait staff to attend your every need. They made your coffee for you and served it…you could have more than one. Worth every penny to pay for the breakfast.
It is right in the heart of old Vienna…minutes from everything including the excellent team and underground systems.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful except for one incident related to housekeeping. Housekeeping cleaned our room while we were present and we observed first hand the person wipe down the shower and floor and then proceeded to clean our drinking glasses with her bare hand. Instead of replacing the glasses they were replaced after this unsanitary action. This was the only disappointing part of our stay.

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. However, I experienced an unfortunate incident where my right middle finger got caught when the room door suddenly closed. A week has passed, and now it seems like the nail may come off. At the time, I considered it a personal mistake and didn’t report it, but upon reflection, I feel it’s important to provide feedback for the safety of future guests. The door is very heavy, and the entrance is slightly narrow, so it might be a good idea to implement measures to ensure the door closes more slowly.

My husband and I stayed here last week for a couple of nights; the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and very clean. We found the hotel on the pricier side, but that could be due to the time of year. We enjoyed the walkability to Vienna's attractions and Christmas markets. We went to four markets while visiting, and they were just as I hoped they would be. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions, and, oh my goodness, those complimentary coconut chocolates were delicious; thank you for keeping the jar full!
