Hands down the best place to stay in Innsbruck! The location is perfect—just 200m from the bus stop, a 10-minute walk to a shopping mall, and 15 minutes from the train station (that you can also reach with the same bus). The rooms are spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you need, from coffee pods to utensils for cooking your own meals. The staff are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when I had a minor issue, treating me to a free breakfast and even a bottle of prosecco—Danke! Housekeeping is excellent, cleaning daily, washing dishes, and restocking essentials like water and coffee pods. The Innsbruck welcome cards are a fantastic bonus, offering free transport or discounts on excursions depending on your stay. Free bicycles are also available for exploring the city. Highly recommended—this place is a true gem!

We stayed for just 2 nights but could easily have stayed much longer. Our room (2.5) was perfect and comfortable in every way for us. It’s 2 mins from the bus stop of the F line from the airport and we arrived early hoping to store our luggage and we were so happy to find that our room was ready for us. It was lovely and warm too when coming in from the near freezing temperatures outside. An easy flat 15 min walk into town. We will definitely look to stay here when we return, it’s a gem.

This hotel and room were very quaint and cozy. Staff member at front desk was lovely and helpful letting us know how to get around and what to do. We walked to and from Old Town and the train station without a problem (and) could have ridden the bus which was close with the visitors card we were provided free for staying 2 nights. Our only problem was that the water in the shower did not drain (at all) so room flooded with each shower. Also didn’t have a hairdryer so I was out with wet hair in December (not their problem though, my bad for not checking).

An Absolute treat! I was so tired and not feeling great. The staff were so friendly and I felt so comfortable. I left feeling well rested and good. The shower was fantastic and bed was super comfy. It was also so clean!

Quiet, comfortable, next to a great river trail and a close walk into the city. Room was cozy with a comfy bed and the kitchenette was just what we needed. Would recommend!

Great place and nice people

Close to railway. Allowed early booking-in at no extra charge. Very pleasant reception & cleaning staff made for a very friendly atmosphere. Very clean & fresh. Breakfast was good too.

No elevator but staff offers to help! Staff is there til 7pm - if you arrive for check in after 7pm you will have a code emailed to you beforehand to enter at front door and your keys will be on the counter. Room is great, nice little kitchenette. You receive a free pass for Innsbruck public transport and staff advised which lines to take.

This little hotel is tucked away in a beautiful German neighborhood. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed slept like a dream, and our room had a small kitchenette. They served breakfast in the morning and it was only 8€, but it was delicious. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

Very nice place. Host/manager/owner? was very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in my room at 1215pm shortly after I arrived, which was great, though I’m sure that’s not the norm. Room had a plug in fan too. Everything I would want.

This little hotel is a hidden gem. The staff there are amazing. They can’t do enough to help you with anything you need. The rooms are really cute and all have little kitchenettes in them, the showers are amazing and the area is fantastic and quiet. We got so much extra that we didn’t have any idea about, the staff gave us a ‘welcome card’ that we didn’t know was included that gave us free travel around Innsbruck and discounts. Then we had free use of the small gym and Sauna, with all the instructions on how to use everything. We had a few questions about local hiking routes around the area and up in the mountains and the man working reception got us a map and wrote down all the information for us and showed us all of the best hiking routes and his personal favourite trails. He also gave some great recommendations on local food spots. The heating and cooling of the rooms isn’t done on an air conditioning unit, and I was a little worried about that before arriving but the rooms are always the perfect temperature but if you do feel a little hot or chilly there is a thermostat in the room and it works quickly as well and there’s a cute little area in reception that you can sit and chill out in, play some games that the hotel provide. Even the lady that does the cleaning and room service is lovely. The only thing I would say, is the bar across the street is cash only so take cash. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be going back! Thank you all so much!

Keno welcomed us warmly and was helpful in so many ways, even helping us book Thai massage. EV charging was also possible with surcharge of 14.40 for 20KW. Transportation card provided free for easy travels. Nearby park and shops nearby. Train station is walking distance too. Prefect place with dedicated staff. Housekeeping was top notch too.

Highly recommend Prad Elf My Apartment! Staff (the young man who was working at the counter (sorry, forgotten to ask for his name) during our stay is super helpful and friendly. Location is great too.

Very comfortable, clean and staff all very friendly

Stayed here for 3 nights and got the welcome card included, which we forgot about. That was really beneficial as it saved us money on the travel that we took. The room itself was really convenient, had everything we needed. The views were lovely, bed was comfy (although i did hit my head a couple of times on the sloping ceiling). The only downside we had was that it was a 10ish minute walk into the town, but it was more affordable to be futher out.

Staff are really welcoming, the finishing in the apartments is perfect. Great mountain views from every corner. There are bus stops just a few minutes walk from the hotel, as well as supermarkets and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel. Well worth it!
