Excellent central location could not be more ideal for the Christmas markets, shopping and restaurants.
The staff were very friendly and we will book this hotel again without hesitation when we come back to Vienna

When we booked we hadn’t realised what a fantastic location this hotel is, truely central with flat walking within city centre for all key amenities.
Glad we didn’t book breakfast, high price with so many great options around, get out and enjoy Vienna lifestyle.
Only complaint raised and not addressed was excessive heat in room, no individual control confirmed by reception so we left window open. Doesn’t fit their efforts to promote green credentials and should be addressed.
That said overall we would recommend and stay again.

Sophie (spelling) at reception is fantastic! Very friendly, informative and efficient. Hotel itself is in a good location for walking and public transit. Parking was a breeze, staff drove car to/from garage. On initial review of check in, marked did not receive the VIP item, one tour pass - was later informed by reception it was at the front desk…

Lovely hotel but none of the Platinum perks advertised by Hotels were offered or indeed available at this hotel (late checkout, free tour etc.
Sadly this is not the first time Hotels have promised things they cannot deliver.

Enjoyed our stay, we didn’t expect a 5 star facility as some reviewers’ expectations of sports facilities and conference rooms. For a four star facility, it has best location in town, centered at the most of the tourist attractions, clean and updated rooms, and these are all great.

we had an horrible experience. WATER WAS NOT WORKING IN THE MORNING and we were not informed prior to arrival or at the time of checkin. We only got to know once in the room with pc of paper lying on the table.this is not acceptable. We have paid lots of money for a 5 star rated hotel and NO WATER is not acceptable. We have not received same type if customer service which i think is due to booking from the third party such as Hotels.com otherwise Property was good and location was very convinient.

The hotel is in the center of the inner circle, so it was convenient. The staff was nice, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was worn and the hallways smelled. The lounge chair in my room was dirty and stained and I asked for a sheet to cover it. For what you pay you would expect better.
