Ruby Lissi Hotel Vienna

Great location. Great value.

I really liked the that it was very near the metro, and it walkable to all the important places to see and visit. It was a pleasant stay.

Great location. Clean room. Good bedding. Great shower. Quiet. Nice staff. Free drink in the bar if you opt out of room turnover service.

Lovely room, good size and clean. The only issue i had was with staffing. They obviously had limited staff which was evident during breakfast where there were many places waiting to be cleared during peak time. I ended up clearing a table just so i could sit down and was asked by another patron to clear their table as they assumed i was staff! I also had a drink in the bar which had a contact lens in it! I got a new drink however the staff member wasnt particularly apologetic or concerned that i had nearly swallowed a contact lens! However, overall the majority of staff were friendly and very helpful. I also had an issue with my luggage with they dealt with very well and the email communications were excellent. Overall i would stay here again but i would advise the owners to employ more reception staff as they seemed overwhelmed during the busy periods

Very convenient location, bathroom situation was a little different as the shower and bathroom are literally in your room - so not much privacy there. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with lovely buffet breakfast with many choices. Member of staff Nipun was so nice and very helpful, especially when trying to find Liquorice tea to buy. Nipun always had time for you and a smile . Thank you Nipun it was so nice to meet you.You are an asset to the Ruby Lissi Hotel.

Great central location. Very helpful friend staff team. Excellent facilities.

The only problem was the noice during the early morning hours. It sounded that people were constantly opening and closing doors causing us to wake up very early.

LOVED LOVED LOVED staying here. It is a cute boutique hotel with lots of personality. The staff is the STAR! They always greet you with a smile, are ready to help and make you feel at home-away-from-home. Special thanks to Alexei, Nico, Leon, Michi, Georg, Joy, Peter and Nipun, all of whom could not done more to make us feel welcome, safe and embraced by Vienna's big heart. The Ruby Lissi has easy access to the subway, the old city center and of course, Wiener Schitzel is everywhere to be found! Arigatou gozaimsau Ruby Lissi!

A real gem in central Vienna, within a walking distance to many attractions! The hotel is modern, my well designed room offered everything you needed to feel comfortable. Capable and friendly staff. I loved their breakfast in the morning and the cozy atmosphere of their well appointed lounge. Will definitely return!

El hotel debería tener más amenidades en la hab. No ponen ni una botella de agua de cortesía. Las toallas estaban viejas y algunas rotas. Además que están en remodelación y hay ruido que no podía uno descansar. Lo cual si lo hubiésemos sabido no reservamos
