Filthy room, lobby and building in general. While the bed seemed clean, carpets, bathroom and all surfaces were visably dirty. Room smelled smelled terrible as well. The toxic synthetic air fresheners used in room aren't doing much to mask the smell. Don't be fooled by the online photos. Beds bad as well.

Very nice staff, hotel is definitely older and could use a renovation, wallpaper was coming off the wall in our room and shower heads were very low.

Had to stay over in Whitecourt to avoid driving at night. Price was good. Inn was right on the main road and easy to find. Room was initially cool, but set the heater and it warmed up quickly. Room included small fridge, microwave and coffee maker, TV, etc. Free breakfast next day was very good with bacon, eggs, potatoes and cereal, bagels, etc. was also available. I believe you could make your own waffles. Coffee was good.

Staff was wonderful at check in, coffee and juice all day was a great feature. The room wasn’t dirty but there were two items behind the end table that were missed. I would stay there again
