My son and I stayed here overnight for a basketball game. The hotel was clean and trendy. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well setup and decorated and clean. Really nice hotel, No complaints. Would stay here again 🙂

Really nice and reasonable place to stay in downtown TO. No pots and pans in the kitchen but we didn’t need them this trip.

I enjoyed my stay! I stayed with my husband for 2 days. The location is central downtown Toronto, walking distance from many attractions like the Distillery District. The staff was friendly and helpful, even kept our luggage after we checked out, so that we could freely roam the city. Would recommend.

Stayed for NYE. Area outside was very loud with sirens but probably because of festivities. No dining at the hotel-the restaurant was permanently closed but we weren’t made aware. Website showed it available. The suite was large and the kitchen had everything you need. Everything felt like it could use a refresh. It was clean enough but some spots were dusty. Staff were very friendly, check in and out was smooth. Front desk agent was able to recommend local restaurants. An ok stay.

I stayed here with my daughter. I was going out for the night and she was in town as well so it worked out perfectly. She checked in and then I joined her in the wee morning lol
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the set up was extremely spacious
The only negative was there was no pool.

The room/suite was nice enough and good condition. lobby area seemed worn, almost dirty. Housekeeping was fairly random regarding what they did and supplies (toiletries, towels etc.), fx. they had a hard time counting to 4 people.
It's walking distance from Union st and around the corner from Younge Street which make it convenient.

Staying in this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. The windows are not insulated, there’s ongoing construction next to the hotel, and when we asked to change rooms, they denied and told us there were no available alternatives. Avoid this place if you value a good night’s sleep.

PROS: has elevator, reception and customer service was excellent, had umbrellas for us to borrow when it rained.
CONS: The bed and pillows weren't that comfortable. The room felt dark. Even with the lights on and window shades open, the room still felt dark. The parking is $45/day valet only. They told us their parking was full so we had to park 1 block down in a public parking building ~ $42/day. A little inconvenient in my opinion. The walls weren't that thick, we sometimes heard the other guests next door - didnt bother us too much but might be helpful for others to know. Yes, you have to pass thru the lobby to get to the rooms.

This hotel is within easy walking distance to Old Town and to the Eaton Centre area. The room we stayed in had a kitchen, which was nice to have available. There is plenty of shopping in the area and King Street station is a block away. There is not daily housekeeping, if that's important to you. We used the sofa bed which was not terribly comfortable, but allowed for a family stay.
