Great place super close to vernier mountain resort. Has a community kitchen to use, has mini fridge and microwave in room, free bus shuttle, outdoor hot tub is very nice and relaxing

The Fox is a really cute stay and right on the highway close to the hill. The rooms are newly renovated and the hot tub stays open until midnight. For sure would stay here again.

Showed up around 240 pm when check in was at 3. Didn’t expect they would say yes to early check in and they already had our room plus another one booked for a family member ready for us. Got to our rooms, super comfortable and clean. Got a view of the mountain side and was quiet for being right off the highway! Beds were super comfortable!

Very pleasant stay, unfortunately only one night, however we do plan to return to Fernie and stay at the Fernie Fox. Sunny was extremely friendly and helpful. He is a real asset to the hotel. The hotel is in a good location for trips into town or outdoor activities. We like the focus on eco-friendly aspects.

An older hotel that's been updated and is clean and convenient to town. It worked nicely for what we needed. No breakfast though.
