I had a great stay, the room was large and clean pretty quite too seemed to blocknout the traffic noise well. Staff were all very nice.
Things to improve:
- I had a do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaners knocked waking me up to ask if I was done in the room/checking out soon but had check out at 11am
- I was a bit underwhelmed with the breakfast. Very basic options, cereals and toast etc should have just headed to a cafe close by

Bel hotel, bien situé. Par contre, la propreté de ma chambre était ok sans plus. Première fois que j’ai un lit fait avec 2 draps plats…il n’y avait pas de drap contour 😱. La propreté des draps était suspecte. Il y a avait un tag disant « si vous buvez cette bouteille d’eau, 3,99$ vous serons chargé « mais…..pas de bouteille d’eau 🤔. Je crois que la personne qui a préparé la chambre a manqué à sa tâche et m’a fait réaliser que 300$ pour ce genre de préparation était trop cher. Le personnel à la réception très sympathique et accommodant.

Thermostat difficult to set. Was not able to warm up the room more than 20 degrees. Top of high furniture very dusty and not clean in a long time.

Modern european styling with restaurants near by. Roughly a 30 minute uber ride to old montreal. Staff was courteous and helpful in both French and English.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The lobby is very nice and the hotel location is very good. Unfortunately the service is fair and not up to the standards. At check in I was asked if I wanted daily cleaning and advised them I did. However this never occurred even though I asked more than once. We were given only 2 towels and one face towel. I had to call to request clean towels. The rooms are also very dark and this is also true for the bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel. For the price there are better options nearby.
