The hotel was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Chlorine was a little strong in the pool, would recommend bringing swim goggles for the little ones.

Only complaint, too much chlorine in the hot tub. It was burning our eyes.

Clean, quiet, only thing is that I wish I had been asked whether I needed a blanket. (Woke up freezing in the night & blanket is not in the room, you have to ask at the desk. )

Unfortunately I will never go back; looking fwd to trying the Hampton next time. I’m not going to give details that wld get ppl in trouble because I don’t believe in saying things that are not nice when it comes to workers. What I will say is that they charge you extra for parking, which is shocking. I have never in my life paid extra for parking at anywhere that I have stayed and I have travelled extensively. It’s always included. Second the parking area is dark. I couldn’t even see the lines denoting where to park. Also the door into hotel from the back is not marked. Then you have to walk through by everyone in the lounge area with your luggage. Strange set up. Finally not being able to set the temperature I want in my room is never acceptable. It will not go lower than 17.5. Couldn’t sleep it was so hot. No fan for white noise or to cool me down. No fan in bathroom so if you have a hot shower expect the room to be steamy but don’t worry water isn’t too hot.

The breakfast was great, and I was really happy to see cutlery and proper plates. There is no excuse for plastic cutlery or paper plates anymore. The room was spacious and very clean. But noise is a problem, the doors slam loudly and you could hear people coughing and sneezing and talking in nearby rooms. There is no recycling bin in the room, or even on the floors.
