Disappointed with customer service at this hotel. We were unable to make our reservation due to a winter storm. Manager was unwilling to offer a refund, despite the travel conditions were beyond our control.

Positives:
• The reception staff were nice and welcoming.
• The pool water was warm and comfortable.
• The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
• The bathtub in the room was not clean; it had visible hair when we filled it with water.
• The drawers inside the wardrobe were not properly cleaned.
• The room did not have basic amenities like disposable slippers or toothpaste.
• The room they gave us did not have a good view from the window.
• There was no bottled water or drinking water provided in the room.
• There was no proper changing area by the pool for guests to change clothes.
• Despite many children being in the pool, there was no staff supervision. It was uncomfortable to see a teenage boy and girl (around 16–18 years old) hugging and kissing openly in the pool.
The hotel has potential but needs significant improvement in cleanliness, amenities, and supervision to meet guest expectations.
