It was our first stay at this establishment but third stay altogether with its sister establishment Motel Hauterive.
It served its purpose but beware that if you are staying at Le Boreal, you will need to travel 200 meters (yes meters) to the front desk, ice, soft drinks, and breakfast!
Hence, should we ever return to Baie Comeau, we will stay at the Motel Hauterive (and not Boreal), after all great service from the owners (who own both establishments).

Breakfast very disapointing, no service at le boréal since they closed the front desk, without any mention in the description of the establishment. This measure has been on place for a long time now, apparently it is still covid's fault.
For the same amount of money other establishment offer a better service and amnedities.
No compensation was offered for the fact that clients have to go to another motel than le boréal to have breakfast and service.

The motel was convenient to get too, however there was a note on the door to go back out and across the street to another hotel to register and for breakfast. The room floor was very sticky.
