The room was clean, cute, and a great size. It was easy to get around Canmore from its location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but overall very happy with our experience and will be returning.

This is a cute little gem of a budget hotel in Canmore if you don’t need anything fancy such as a pool, gym or hot tub. They offer free coffee at the reception which I though was a nice tough. Drip coffee makers, mini fridge, hairdryer in room. Rooms are clean and fairly large compared to other budget Canmore hotels. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and not far from downtown Canmore. We had a great mountain view!

Convenient location for day trips to Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore area. Although the hotel itself was a bit dated it was still comfortable and the staff friendly. Parking was a challenge at times.

The bed might as well have been a slab of cement, and the bedding was thin as paper. Other than that, the room was spacious and filled out outdated decor. Great hotel if sleeping is not your priority.

Stains on the bed sheets and found a grain beetle crawling on the bed (initially thought it was a bed bug). The staff gave a full refund and we ended up going to a different hotel nearby.

Very comfortable and accommodating staff. It was a basic hotel with a good view of the mountains. Coffee was available in the morning but not breakfast. We only stayed one night so we didn't need a cleaning service, but I was surprised that if a person should stay longer, cleaning service is required at an additional charge. I believe this should be included. Good location and within walking distance to down town.

Very nice and clean hotel. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. The room has everything for disinfection, and the kitchenette is full with all necessity. The bed is comfortable, room is warm. And the best part for me - you can easily open the window for fresh air. Easy access to downtown and walking trails.
Will recommend to everyone to stay.
