Excellent view! The location was great for what we came to Niagara for. However, awful staff. Very incompetent, tried to rip me off, language barriers and just not overall a good check-in experience. I wouldn’t come back unless I had too since my bf works a contract beside the hotel.

Beautiful view of Niagara falls. I used an earned "free stay" to pay for this room. There was a $60 charge for parking in addition to the room cost. Hotel was cold, but I personally enjoyed it. Bed was okay. Our bathtub was full of someone else's hair. The tub also had jets which was nasty - obviously didn't use. Overall our stay was good. Bedding was clean. No weird odours or anything. I tried to add some photos but the app wouldn't let me.
