Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

Amazing place to stay at if you get the right rooms!

At first glance our stay would have been lovely. Gorgeous room, can’t beat the location… and the. We realized that our room was set to the heat of Hell level 7, and even if we turned the thermostat to “off” hot air would blow. Fine, we opened the door. However, we had paid for the falls view high up floor, so that ended up being loud. Come bed time, we noticed not only was there a consistent flow of hot onto the beds, but the fan had a loud rattle that came on in 4 minute bursts. I did text the chat as requested by the hotel via note card, nothing came of that. None of us slept well, being used to dark, quiet sleep environments and now having falls booming on one side of us and the constant rattle on the other… not to mention the curtains having to stay open to maintain the slight cool air coming in. I did ask upon checkout for compensation of some sort, as this is a SHERATON and should have a level of standards. Also I should point out that I was charged more on my stay than agreed to via Expedia which I also had to have corrected. I personally do not think that this room should be in rotation. We aren’t overly picky but found the heat unbearable. I had the parking charge removed but that does NOT make up for the lack of sleep and discomfort of sweating all night.

Room was clean and spacious. Close walk to everything on Clifton hill. Close to falls view indoor water park and pool at hotel everything was clearly marked for where u needed to go. Check in and out was quick. We did valet parking which was a bit steep for two days but wanted car close for in and out and had a toddler so didn’t wanna walk to parking off site. Otherwise stay was good lots of hot water and and everything u needed

Great hotel at prime location

we are a terrible experience overall. I called in room dining and the phone rang from 9:37pm until I gave up at 10:05pm. Not a single staff member picked up the phone. In room dining was stated to be available until 10pm. The lack of adequate training and the lack of proper staffing significantly negatively impacted the brand image that your establishment represents. No one is ever at the front desk when you go down go the lobby, the entire hotel is understaffed.

Excellent customer service, very clean hotel, room service is Excellent. Vale staffs are professional and friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

It was a great experience, the room view was breathtaking. The weather was freezing outside but the hotel room and the area inside was nice, warm and safe. I will return back and invite to visit and stay in the Sheraton hotel.

The price is associated with the view - which is spectacular. Our room was almost right across from the American falls and the view was worth it. It was very clean but pretty standard room. I haven't found a hotel with good pillows yet, but this one at least had enough! The price for their parking was not well advertised and we weren't aware that there would be a charge until we checked in. It was also in a garage that was a 8 min walk from our room and two elevators away. Speaking of elevators, this hotel is a high rise but for some reason many of the elevators were broken regularly in the weekend stay we had, and we even had to wait for staff to come and fix it for us a few times. It was frightening for the kids. The restaurant is excellent. We had the buffet and because (soft) drinks are included it was the same price as other buffets in the area but with way better food. Please note that the picture of the waterpark isn't in the hotel. that was super unclear and we wound up having to change our plans.

Great room, great staff at the front desk and great stay. No one answered the room service line one evening but I didn’t try longer than 20 minutes. Loved the view from all windows of our room. Super easy to travel through from the hotel to the casino without having to go outside of the weather isn’t great. Good food choices within the building. Has parking nearby for a cost. Loved everything about this room and the experience with staff. Highly recommend.

What a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Juliet balcony Fallsview room on the 17th fall. The view off the falls was amazing. We stayed the week before Christmas and everything was very festive. Lovely clean hotel. Looks recently renovated. Room was very big and warm with sofa and fireplace. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel has a Starbucks, hard rock and handy gift shop. Really close to everything. And right next to Clifton hill. We used the undercover car park which was really handy and reasonable in price.

Convenient lication, friendly staff Elevators and TV not working on morning of last day

Great place to stay, conveniently located right off the Rainbow Bridge (bridge that connects both borders). The view to the Niagara Falls was just breathtaking and just what I wanted. Clean and really nice room.

Getting to the parking lot from the hotel was a nightmare, especially with a little child. Holding all of our luggage and walking from our room, through the elevators, across the buildings and into the parking lot is very badly planned out. The temperature in the hotel was too hot. We felt like we were in a sauna and could not sleep all night. When the electrician came they said they can not change or fix anything. That is how the heating and cooling system is set up. We are paying so much and we dont even have an option for a microwave to warm babies milk. We have to use the common one and go out of the room in the middle of the night.

The location is great, as you can easily walk everywhere. There was an error where they charged twice for breakfast, but it was corrected at checkout. Staff - very nice and helpful. The pool was good, though the water was very cold. We went at 8 pm, so perhaps that’s why the temperature control was off, but my kids still enjoyed it. The pool area is small, and there are no changing rooms. The buffet had a variety of good food options. Valet parking was $65 and very convenient. Overall, it was a good experience.
