The staff were wonderful, hot breakfast was good! Even made us special take out meals so my bf could bring it back to me in our room. Late check out is available for a small fee. Overall great stay. Don’t let the low star rating deter you from trying out this hotel, all positive things were my experience!

It’s really should not consider a hotel it’s should be a motel not worth the money they delay the breakfast to 8 am it’s a steal for this service no one in the hotel will get his breakfast at 8 am most of us has to got after 6 am , only this hotel put the poor breakfast at 8 am

Great spot. Had an overnight and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Outstanding value. Nice sized room, and really liked the floors. Service was great. Weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast, but that’s an added bonus for many.

I know they are working on it ... but oh goodness. 1. no safety lock on door 2. bathroom door didn't close 3. You need a manual and a PHD to figure out the tv as it is NOT obvious. 4. Breakfast? Sit there. You can have this to eat and nothing else yet the bacon and toast burned beyond comprehension 10 minutes for coffee. Discourteous..and you have to walk to breakfast in case you have an agility problem. 5. Pillow cases were stained --- yuck. 6. Does NOT look like the photo...trust me 7. Ask for main floor as no elevator if agility problems exist. 8. Had to ask for cups 9. no blue box...and one tiny garbage pail. Plus: ***** Lots of plugs and outets.

Room was dirty, bathroom was not clean could not shower, heat took hours to just take the chill of never really warming up. No hot water, cob webs all over the room.

This is the fist time I don’t like Travelogue stay for many reasons 1- the quality of bed mattress and bellow is poor old and not clean 2- washroom no hot water in the sink and the bathtub is very dirty and corners are black from fungus 3- breakfast if late at 8 am instead of 6am and it was open choice for fruit egg hotdog coffee water juice now dark dingy place cold coffee crumble egg 1 toste burned If that’s the situation will be for this hole I advice to change to a motel or improve the business. Not worth the money

Lunch started at 8 a.m. and it's too late for us. We would have appreciated the opportunity to have a coffee at the hotel and a fruit (or muffin) in order to leave early. The curtain of the room did not close completely. No microwave oven. The room contained 2 double beds and there was no space left. It looked like they tried to install 2 double beds in a space not provided for this purpose. Parking was easy and free, we enjoyed it. We smelled a smell of cannabis in the hallway of our room: really unpleasant.
