Right on the harbor, walking distance to just about anything you could name, the Empress, Chinatown, the Harbir Walk, the shops on Government Street. Very Comfortable suite, convenient, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Balcony was amazing, the view at night mesmerizing. View was fantastic, even a visiting seagull, who we refrained from feeding, much to his disappointment. Beds were very comfortable and the floor to ceiling windows fantastic. Really one of our best stays in. Victoria. Thank you!

Great location. Spacious rooms with an entire wall of glass in both the Living Room and Bedroom. A full size kitchen if you want to eat in. Easy walk to China town, Parliament, The Empress, restaurants shopping etc. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Property is a 3 star, more like an extended stay residence. We chose to stay here as they have 4 bed suites, perfect for a girls getaway. Kitchen was adequate, Crust Bakery is nearby for a delicious morning grab and go, brought back for breakfast in the room. View and robes are a nice upgrade. Grocery is a good walk but safe in the early AM. Depending on your room location by floor, plumbing reverberates from other nearby rooms when in use. Overall, good, safe and all attractions in close proximity.

Amazing view. Fabulous location in the Inner Harbor. Easy walking distance from ferry. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean and updated.

Great property overall, super helpful staff. My room had an odd ticking noise in the bedroom, loud enough on occasion that I slept in the living room.
Fairly quiet area except for Friday night when the drinks came out. Had one young woman screaming she was suicidal and when I went out on the balcony to see if she was at risk, she started yelling at me. Not fun.

Spent 4 nights with family through Christmas. Beds were very comfortable. Conveniently located in the city but hardly heard the traffic. Spacious enough and fully functional kitchen. Housekeeping was great as well. We didn’t request cleaning but had fresh towels daily and garbage replaced too.

We came in early as we arrived from the ferry and they let us check in early since our room is ready. Parking was easy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past. It was always my first choice when visiting Victoria. Visiting again, after many years absence, I wasn't disappointed. The condos are bright with lots of windows, spacious, clean, well equipped, nicely furnished, and have interesting views, regardless of which direction the room faces. The staff is always professional and helpful. It is located conveniently for walking and has a great parking garage.

I like that it was right downtown and easy to get to places and secured parking but it’s a pretty average hotel and in my opinion not work the price. The bed wasn’t really comfy at all, there’s no microwave in your room and I didnt see one in the lobby either . The shower sucked like zero water pressure at all. For the price I expected it to be really nice especially since there’s no amenities included like breakfast pool or hot tub. No restaurant or bar within the hotel but like I said it’s convenient and you could walk to one. Overall it was pretty mid
