If you are thinking to visit Guangzhou and to be close to Canton Fair and want a room like apartment then don't think twice and don't waste your time searching for hotels... This is the place in which you will feel comfortable.
I travel a lot but this apartment hotel was exceptional in everything, quite, clean, very helpful in reception, close to stores, restaurants and leisure.

Near Pazhou Fair Grounds and Metro station.
Basement have several food shops, a Family Mart and connect to Pazhou Metro Station. Room have small functional kitchen with many useful cabinets
and micro oven.

It has bug in the room, the microw wave is smelling so as the water pot.the desk and the desk is peeling. Shower room did not clean after last guest check out. No place for shopping fruit and vegetables. Not worth the 4 star ranking.

I loved everything about this place, and I spend half my life in hotels. The apartments are condo type, with owners, so some are better kept than others. Its perfect for fair goers, actually connected to the Pazhou, and lots of food places. No breakfast at Heefun, but so-what.
Funny, I always look for a few key things at every hotel I stay, 1) the caulking in the bathrooms, 2) shower head flow, 3) smell, and not bad smell masked by chemical, I hate that.
HeeFUn stacks up, ok. Great value

Este es un departamento bien ubicado de tamaño adecuado y muy util para la visita a la feria de Canton por su cercania.
Es importante considerar que tiene cocina pero en los alrededores es muy dificil conseguir verduras o frutas solo hay un pequeño minimarket a pocos metro con cosas básicas

Room was not as expected, no desk and chair as per pictures online. Service was dreadful as I asked for a laundry rack (the room had a washing machine), they told me they didn't have and I should put my laundry on the window rail. Also there were cockroaches in the room. Wifi didn't work properly. Only Chinese TV channels. Materials was damaged (e.g. iron, pans for the kitchen)

The property is located close to the Canton Fair and is walk-able distance. The property was clean and spacious.. Had issue with aircon but that was quickly resolved by moving us to another room. We only had issues locating the property as there was no proper signage. There is limited choice of good restaurants in the vicinity and normally need to take the train to town.
Overall a good place for a night or two.

The staff were phenomenal. Very helpful in so many regards. They spoke English. House keeping was everyday was basic. My greatest frustrations were 1. The cockroaches mainly tiny ones too was afraid they would get into my luggage they need to fumigate. 2. For a self contained appartment there was no crockery except for 4 tea cups 2 saucers and 2 teaspoons. No iron. As a self contained appartments these basics are necessary
