no coffee maker in room, shower drain clogged, front desk having hard time understand English. Breakfast restraunt is over-crouded and understaffed as hotel sells lots of buffet tickets to non-hotel guests. I was shocked this is a hyatt property open just couple months.

房間冷氣不夠，廁板有漬，床單亦有污漬，待改善。
31樓接待處辦理入住時日間員工欠笑容，查詢時態度較冷淡。反之夜班員工很好，經過時亦會主動打招呼問安。
早餐在30樓，食物種類多，員工亦有禮貌。
