Staff are professional and friendly. Food is delicious and price is amazing. One thing was unhappy: the hotels.com and this hotel were not flexible for the refund due to flight delay. I had to checkin one night later due to a 24-hour delay of AA127 02/12. If you could help to credit this night to my account, it would great. Expect you to work this out for your loyal customer. Itโ€™s good hotel to stay in if youโ€™re there on business. We were there for a wedding. The room was nice and spacious as well as clean. Everything was very well presented. My main issue was that housekeeping would knock on our door 3-4 times a day even though we had the do not disturb sign on.
