The hotel is excellent and have good English speaking staff.
However, malls around the hotel is small and don’t have many shops. But 1 subway-stop-away from the city’s shopping area.
The subway is not to far but you need to cross the big road to use the escalator. If you have big luggages, this might be a problem.

Solid room, good amount of space and good value. Location is convenient to nearby malls. I personally really liked the buffet as well!

The hotel condition is excellent. The rooms are very large with them amazing views of the city. It’s my fourth trip to Guangzhou and the first time that I’m staying at the Westin but for all my future visits I’m certain I’ll be staying only here.

Overall really good. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was massive and affordable. Very clean. Only disappointing thing is the wifi is dreadful. Worked initially then stopped working altogether. Got staff to help but still didn’t work

I like the food in the Chinese restaurant, HongMian. It was a surprise to me the quality of the food as well as the environment as it was a last minute choice for us. I also appreciate the concierge staffs in helping to book dinning for us as we did not have a local mobile number.

I was going on a business trip from the US to China and bought data, but I couldn't use the data in the hotel. I could use the data (The hotel banned its use Data ) It was available for use outside the hotel. (of course, the hotel internet was available but I couldn't use it)
