El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, los facilities están limpios y el servicio es rápido. El desayuno está bien en términos generales.
Sin embargo, las instalaciones se perciben viejas, las puertas son dificiles de abrir, el agua caliente toma bastante en salir, entre otras cosas. Además, en el momento de nuestro check in, tuvimos que pedir ayuda para que nos entregaran elementos básicos de aseo los cuales no estaban en la habitación y dotar el minibar. Esto debió estar listo desde antes.

Friendly staff, were very accommodating in moving our room when there was a consistent car alarm outside our window.
Room itsself was pretty dated, but views from the balcony were great and it was quite clean.

The front desk tried to charge me for tax that I already had paid. It was a very disappointing experience since I had to show them the print out and have an argue with them. very bad from this nice hotel.
