Edwin, Erick, and Ernesto were the best around!! Anything I needed they were happy to help me with and their kindness and availability was exceptional. This hotel is located in a great location to walk to many places. It does get noisy at night from the street noise but that comes with staying in the middle of all of the action. All of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special…thank you again for the great time and great smiles that always greeted us. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Old Town! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The hotel arranged airport transfers and a rooftop dinner for NYE. And the food at the official hotel restaurant, Apogeo, is amazing!! And such a quiet and tranquil hotel, considering we were there for NYE.

Fantastic stay in beautiful Old Town! The staff were helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. They were able to aid and help with every request from dinner recommendations to taxi requests. The hotel itself if beautiful with an exceptional garden and quiet pool area. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We could not have asked for a better stay. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is fairly nice but they have a lot of strange rules and the water in the shower was cold there was no hot water the entire stay. The pool was also not heated and the TVs didn’t work in our rooms and I paid for the nicest room the hotel offers so I’d hate to see the more economical rooms lol. I asked the staff for help with the tv but nothing happened.

Very beautiful hotel. You could tell that it was new, truly! Felt like we were the first people who had ever stayed in our room. The architecture and design was truly beautiful, modern yet cultural.
Our room was very clean, everything functioned as expected. The bed was very comfortable.
Wifi was great, AC worked very well, TV as expected too. No complaints at all when it came to our room.
Check in was very smooth and the worker walked us through everything in the hotel and came up to the room to help us get settled and understand how to use the safe.
Location is very prime to all things en el Centro. We could walk everywhere which was great!
Only thing I think they were unprepared for is check out— this process took an unnecessary long time— granted they are a new hotel, this is the only feedback I have.
I would definitely stay here again in the future & recommend

Our stay at Cinco Quintas Hotel in Cartagena was amazing! The hotel is a perfect mix of modern comfort and colonial charm, and it’s in a great location—close to the Walled City and other main attractions, but still peaceful and quiet.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with local dishes and great coffee. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.
If you’re visiting Cartagena, I’d definitely recommend Cinco Quintas. It’s stylish, welcoming, and gives you a little slice of luxury in this beautiful city. Can’t wait to go back!
