Pero esto pasa x no saber darle un entrenamiento apropiado y dejar sola una persona q es nueva atendet la reception. Y mucho mas cliente q me hospedado otras oportunidades en este hotel

The property is beautiful BUT the service is so poor. You can't find drinking water in the hotel after 9PM. Ordering room service is challenging since you need to do so through WhatsApp. The Spa and the Hotel are two different companies SO it is not granted that you will be able to use the spa when you get a room in the hotel. The restaurant service is the worst. They take forever to serve you and so many items in the menu are not available.
