The best hotel in Medellin. Far superior to Click Clack or Charlee. Restaurant is excellent but pricey. The only negative is the menu online for room service doesn’t exist. When you go online the menu shown is the downstairs bar menu and they give you no directory in the room to call the front desk or room service. So unless your psychic you have to go to the front desk to ask for a directory

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel El Zarzo in El Poblado, Medellín! The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfectly reflecting the vibrant spirit of the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, always with a friendly smile and helpful recommendations. The rooms are beautifully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Hotel El Zarzo is one of the most beautiful properties in El Poblado. The service was outstanding and I loved the breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this place!

Great and no issues. The only inconveniencewas that hhe restaurant at the first floor wasn't part of hhe hotel and because of tha there was no way to charge to the room, so i has ho go back to the room for the card wen usually restaurants and other services within a hotel premises are available to do a room charge.

Upon getting dropped off I found the Building to be beautiful. I loved the design and immediately knew I was going to be well taken care of. Upon check in I was escorted to my room and given a quick tour. They give you a pass to receive welcome drinks from the rooftop bar, the drinks were delicious. The room is beautiful, the bathroom is stunning and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is really good and the burgers at the rooftop taste amazing. The staff goes the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
